ECC Fitout is Now ECC Bespoke Construction and Fitout
After more than a decade of growth, ECC Fitout has officially evolved into ECC Bespoke Construction and Fitout — a name that better reflects what the business has become: a full-service construction and fit-out partner delivering projects of all scales across the UAE.
What began as a fit-out specialist has grown into an integrated project delivery company, offering construction, design-build, project management, fit-out and interiors, MEP works, and specialist manufacturing — all under one roof. To date, the business has delivered over 1 million sq. ft. across 225 projects, including more than AED 340 million in residential developments and over AED 60 million in commercial and industrial works.
The rebrand is not a reinvention — it is a recognition of where the business already is.
“Over the past few years, the business has naturally expanded beyond fit-out into a much broader construction offering,” said Joseph Cashman, General Manager of ECC Bespoke. “We are now delivering projects that involve complex construction scopes, design-build coordination and bespoke end-to-end delivery, particularly within the premium residential sector.”
Recent milestones speak to that evolution. Villa X1 won Luxury Villa Project of the Year 2026 at the CW Property Awards. Villa Y3 at Al Barari — constructed and fitted out by ECC Bespoke — sold for AED 107 million, setting a record for the highest price per square foot in Al Barari at the time. On the commercial side, the company is currently delivering Studio City in Al Hebiah, a 300,000 sq. ft. Grade A office development scheduled for completion in December 2027.
Dubai Municipality has also recently qualified ECC Bespoke for high-rise (G+Unlimited) and mid-rise (G+12) developments, opening the door to larger and more technically demanding projects going forward.
